Scribesism
When you try to get it all done and make it to the end of week frustrated you haven’t think instead of all that you did get done. You’d be surprised how much you actually did. We set ourselves up for the impossible which subconsciously we know we’ll fail. So instead of thinking of failing make a list of what you did do. Then really think about it and stop dwelling on what you didn’t do and be proud of how much you did do.
