Author Mindset ~ Stress Less
Dealing with stress is something we all face. Here are some ways to do that.
▪ Dance like no one is looking. Let it all out get wild.
▪ Take a walk.
▪ Breathe. Breathe Deep and close you eyes and just be. Repeat over and over.
▪ Have an early night. Turn off everything and go to bed early.
▪ Focus on you. Do something fun you enjoy.
▪ Have a talk with someone about happy memories.
▪ Ask for a Hug
▪ Listen to Music
